Varqa Kozlow

Varqa Kozlow is a technologist with over 30 years of experience in the technology field, with a heavy IT technical background and extensive client service/training experience. In his previous role, he was an enterprise IT Manager for a 500-user firm based out of the bay area. Expert vetted in the top 1% on Upwork in his field, Varqa has held a variety of IT jobs in the past, including help desk, support, and system administration, and now focuses on general IT consulting. He combines his technical skills with superior client service skills to deliver concierge IT/Project Services to clients. Varqa has helped multiple businesses transition to a fully remote workforce and can assist with the technology needed to navigate the ever-changing remote work environment.

Dr. Antwannette Kozlow, DHA is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of VAW Enterprises, a leading IT consulting firm based in Raleigh, NC. With over 10 years of experience in the technology industry, Dr. Kozlow has been instrumental in driving the growth and success of the company.

As the Chief Operating Officer, Dr. Kozlow’s role entails supervising all operational facets of the business, such as project management, quality control, financial management, and business development. She is responsible for training initiatives enhancing employee experiences and mentorship standards. She collaborates closely with the CEO in crafting and executing strategies that facilitate the company’s expansion and enhance its profitability.

Dr. Kozlow holds a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration from Virginia University of Lynchburg and a Master’s degree in Curriculum Education from North Central University.
